Twiggle Part II
It's been an interesting couple of days with twiggle - Wednesday she met Sandra...
They went on a long walk through Hampden and acted like perfectly sensible ladies. She also got to hang out with the extended family (Mom, Dad, Helen and Connor) before we went to Paulie Gee's for some pizza. With the family she was her usual snuggly self; climbing on everyone and trying to get as many belly-rubs as possible.
It wasn't all good times, however. She had accidents in the crate both Thursday and Friday. Consequently, I did a lot of laundry Thursday and Friday. I thought I'd gotten her on a good schedule for going outside to do "the business" but apparently not. I think with her it's more an issue of anxiety than anything though. She just hates being left alone.
But then on Saturday, she did something wonderful...THIS...
There is probably no better sight for a dog owner than this. None. It is happiness personified.
After that, and all through the weekend she was great - she let me know when she needed to go out and didn't have any more accidents.
What a good girl.
